The AI Philosophy of Big Red NOLA
AI as Co-Creator
Every AI tool is designed to augment the artist's voice — not replace it. The AI drafts, suggests, and analyzes, but the creator always has final say.
Speed Without Sacrifice
What used to take an entertainment lawyer 3 days now takes 3 minutes. AI compresses timelines so artists can focus on creating, not administrating.
Institutional Intelligence
The AI is trained on music industry norms, BRN's platform context, and real market data — providing advice that's grounded, not generic.
Stack Your Tools
After a recording session, immediately open Split Sheet → generate the contract → upload the track to Music Vault → create a Sync Pitch. Do all four steps in one sitting while the session is fresh.
Always Register Your ISRC
Before submitting to festivals or sync pitches, ensure every track in Release Manager has an ISRC code. It's your track's fingerprint and is required for royalty collection worldwide.
Keep Your EPK Current
Update your EPK every time you drop a release, complete a notable show, or earn a press feature. A stale EPK is worse than no EPK.
Export Earnings Monthly
Run a monthly Financial Dashboard export and save it. This simplifies tax filing and provides a paper trail if royalty disputes ever arise.
Use CRM for Every Contact
Every person you meet — promoter, A&R, blogger — gets logged in CRM immediately with a follow-up date. The best 'luck' is a system that ensures no contact falls through the cracks.
Tag Moods on Every Track
In the Sync Portal, tracks with 5+ mood tags get matched to 3× more placement opportunities. Music supervisors search by mood first, genre second.
Review Growth Model Quarterly
Visit My Growth Model every quarter. Adjust your sliders based on actual performance to keep projections realistic and identify which levers to push next.
Engage the Creator Royalty Fund
Contributing even 1% of royalties to the Creator Royalty Fund builds goodwill, provides tax benefits, and positions you as a platform leader — which attracts sponsorships and features.
